Golf Tees
Objective: Create a branding system for a casual golf t-shirt company.
The voice of this company is light-hearted and laid-back— tailored to golfers who don’t take themselves too seriously.
The approach for its identity was emphasizing the “punnyness” of the name itself. By definition, a t-shirt has the shape of a “T” when spread out flat. Capitalizing on the “T” in the logo name, an image of a person wearing a t-shirt seemed appropriate— with the head of the figure doubling as a golf ball. The accompanying logomark focuses solely on the quirk in the full logo, with a light stroke around its perimeter (a nod to an aerial view of a golf hole).
